Book Bingos are due 1/12/18. Please make sure your child is reading. This quarter they must complete two reflection forms and glue these in their ELA notebooks.
- Students may bring a sweatshirt to keep in their lockers as some rooms are cooler than others.

SKILLS COVERED FOR THE WEEK OF December 10th
READING- We will begin the Schoolwide nonfiction unit. This week we will look at the different types of nonfiction and the text features they use.
ENGLISH- We have been writing responses to our reading in our ELA notebooks. We will continue to work with Schoolwide's writing curriculum. We will continue write our final drafts of our narrative stories. These will then be sent home for parents to look at before they are sent to be printed into a book.
SPELLING- Students have received their Words Their Way (WTW) books and will receive weekly schedules this week. For some the lists may be a review to reinforce skills learned last year. Students will be tested on different days depending on their group.
SCIENCE- We will continue to study "Energy."
Unit Three- All About FRACTIONS!
We will work on naming fractions, what equivalent fractions are and mixed numbers.
PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRACTICE MULTIPLICATION FACTS!!
